It's an impossible feeling to describe to non-creative people. Creative, artistic, inspired people, sure: they know what it's like when you've got the layout but no mental way to make it happen.

Oh my god.

How could I have forgotten how utterly awesome it is to sit and write. Just. A quiet room, AC'd, dark, no distractions -

I wrote 3830 words. Granted, half of those are cumulative from vacation. But I wrote. I created a dialogue I'm so proud of. I found out more about my characters.
